Hola! I’ve been reading your web site for a long time now and
finally got the bravery to go ahead and give you a shout
out from Atascocita Texas! Just wanted to tell you keep up
the excellent job!
Hey Jaime..I really don’t know how I ended up here… I really really don’t know why I am even typing here with out any reason. But girl you are awesome.
Hi there ^_^ ,
how are things lately? It’s funny how I ended up here :D….I was looking for the trailer of “Dream Stranding”, scrolled down on the comments and found your comment about this game/or replying on someones comment….to shorten things I ended up checking out your youtube channel and while I was at it I also gave your blog a try. I’m really sad to hear about your sickness 🙁 such things shouldn’t happen to young people!
Are you really into consoles and gaming?
Hope you have a better start into this week!
With best regards,
PS: It’s not pronounced Jane, it’s more like Yan 😛
Things are good! Yes, very into gaming and very excited for all the awesome titles we’re about to get. My purse however, isn’t so excited 😉
Thanks for stopping by!
Hear ya 😀 😀 I’m really feeling with you…these games can make you broke pretty fast 🙁 So what are you playing at the moment? Anything special?
Saw over on you twitter account that you are also in GOT ^_^ how was your impression on the last episode?
Have a nice one 😉
PS:You wanna chat from time to time over at FB or so?
Hi jaimie very impressive to see how far you have. Come can you tell me how long it took you to get the way you are? What methods of training you used? What food diet you use? Do you take food or drink suplaments? Or is it all natural? Angel
So sorry for the late reply. It’s taken me a good 5 years in total since I started my weight loss journey. Unfortunately illness really slowed things down, but I like to think it was for the best as it’s given my body enough time to adjust properly.
In the beginning I tried the Cambridge Weight Plan, but whilst I lost a few lbs it really did nothing for me and wasn’t worth it one bit. I started seeing real results after I got real about calories in < calories out, and making sure that they are the right kind of calories. When I do exercise it's weight based, and I take a lot of supplements anyway for my health but protein drinks are really good for muscle recovery.
Hope this helps!
I never denied myself a muffin though 🙂
