Hi jaimie very impressive to see how far you have. Come can you tell me how long it took you to get the way you are? What methods of training you used? What food diet you use? Do you take food or drink suplaments? Or is it all natural? Angel
So sorry for the late reply. It’s taken me a good 5 years in total since I started my weight loss journey. Unfortunately illness really slowed things down, but I like to think it was for the best as it’s given my body enough time to adjust properly.
In the beginning I tried the Cambridge Weight Plan, but whilst I lost a few lbs it really did nothing for me and wasn’t worth it one bit. I started seeing real results after I got real about calories in < calories out, and making sure that they are the right kind of calories. When I do exercise it's weight based, and I take a lot of supplements anyway for my health but protein drinks are really good for muscle recovery.
